Changelog
What's new in Origami, newest first.
Flows and lead capture
- A flow engine: funnels built from question, action and card steps that run as one tool, with state kept per conversation.
- capture_lead: buyers can ask the company's team to follow up, with their quote attached.
- CRM webhooks, signed with HMAC-SHA256, plus a test button on each app.
- The crawler now honours robots.txt, including rules aimed at OrigamiBot.
If you're building on Origami: get_a_quote now also accepts plan. Its results include lead: true, which shows an "Email me this quote" button in the card.
Read the docs (opens in a new tab)Cards that look like the company
- Each app reads the company's brand colour, font and button style from its website, and applies them to its cards.
- Company logos appear on plan, quote and lead cards.
Hosted apps for ChatGPT and Claude
- Every app is published at its own MCP URL over Streamable HTTP, with sessions.
- In-chat cards: a plan picker and a quote card, for both MCP Apps hosts and ChatGPT.
- get_a_quote: a guided quote that asks one question at a time.
- Pricing handles per-user, per-site and one-time plans correctly.
First release
- Whole-site crawling with cited sections and plan extraction.
- 13 sales tools over a local MCP server.
