Overview

How answers work

An Origami app never says more than the company has published. These are the rules every tool follows.

Cited, always

Answers about the company come from a specific section of its own site. Each result includes the page, the section heading and the URL, so the assistant can link to it and the buyer can check it.

Refuse rather than guess

When nothing on the site covers a question, the tools return no results and tell the assistant to say so and offer a demo. Weak matches are marked as weak, so the assistant can be careful with them.

Never invent

compare, find_proof and check_trust only return what the company has published. An unpublished certification, comparison or customer story is reported as missing, not filled in.

Prices are calculated

Plans, seat limits and totals are computed from the pricing page, never recalled by the model. Per-user plans multiply by seats; per-site and flat plans don't; one-time purchases are never quoted as subscriptions.

When a site lists prices without a feature comparison, the quote asks the buyer which plan they want instead of recommending one it can't justify.

Every call is recorded

Each tool call is logged with a session identifier, the assistant it came from, the tool, its arguments and the outcome. Email addresses given for a trial are recorded only as provided, never stored.
